Do you remember those “inventors” designing their own powerwall systems? One of these “gurus”, Jehu Garcia, went to work after Hurricane Maria to fight the power crisis in Puerto Rico. He posted a video on YouTube introducing his design for a solar generator that costs around $ 550 (about 500 Wh or about 0.5 kWh or 300 watts of AC power for 1.5 hours), including the cost of a solar panel and Light bulbs.
